By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed and agreed to abide by the terms outlined on this page, as well as those set forth in the documents referred to below.

Key Provisions:

• Expedited Orders: - Please note that all NEXT DAY AIR (PM OR AM) orders cannot be canceled once placed. These orders are given top priority for immediate processing. While you may return the order, it will be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable.



• Address Accuracy:
  - You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your "bill to" and "ship to" addresses. Any errors should be corrected promptly.
  - Should an address correction be required, you agree to reimburse us for the $16.50 fee charged by UPS.



• Return Policy:
  - A restocking fee of 10% to 33% (depending on various factors) applies to non-defective items. For detailed information, please refer to our Warranty, Returns & Exchange Policy (PDF format).
  - Orders over 90 days old are considered final and non-returnable, with exceptions based on a case-by-case evaluation.
  - Sales exceeding $1000 are typically final, with exceptions requiring special authorization.



• Non-Returnable Items:

• Inspection and Notification:
  - It is essential to inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us of any damage or shortages within three business days via email.



• Use of Products:
  - You acknowledge that the use of our products in applications not originally intended carries inherent risks. Some items may be "experimental" or fabricated, with no implied or stated warranty of fitness for a specific purpose. - Manufacturers of PVC fittings and pipe disclaim use in compressed air systems, and neither we nor they assume responsibility for failures or injuries resulting from such usage.

• Payment:
  - By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the legitimate cardholder or authorized to use the credit or debit card for payment.
  - Cancellation of an order, even before shipment, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 10%. (Full Return & Cancellation Policy)
  - That you agree to submit additional documentation if requested to help us verify this.
  - Non-defective returns will be subject to a 33% restocking fee. Items must be in "as new" condition for a refund.



• Dispute Resolution:
  - If you do not receive your merchandise within seven business days or find any issues with your order, you agree to notify us via email before initiating a chargeback. A $30 chargeback fee may apply if a chargeback is initiated without prior email notification.



• Contact:
  - By completing a purchase from FlexPVC (PVC Distributors LLC), you consent to receive emails regarding your order, as well as potential future communications related to your order, legal and safety notices concerning purchased products, and sales and promotional emails. You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link, except for safety and legal notices.
  -You agree that the official method of contact with us is via email, either by the contact form or the email address provided on the email receipt sent upon the successful submittal of your order or via written correspondence via U.S. Mail at the address given on the contact form page. Telephones calls are for a convenience only and do not represent an official method of contact with PVC Distributors. (Ie, all contact of a disputed nature must be in writing.)
  



• Shipping:
  - You agree to pay all shipping charges as specified in the shopping cart, including "Standard S&H" charges, which encompass shipping, boxing, packaging, processing, overhead, and other related costs. Orders will be shipped using various methods at our discretion, and none of these fees or costs are refundable, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong part.



• Note: Flexible PVC pipe is not rated for potable (drinking) water, and there is no flexible PVC pipe with a potable water (NSF 61) rating. Claims to the contrary are not accurate.
