Also NOTE: If you have a UPS "My Choice" account and have notifications turned off you will not receive your tracking number. So either do not use UPS "My Choice" or if you do, make sure you have notifications turned on.
If you do use these email addresses or others which have strict email processing, please check your spam and/or trash folders before you call or email us looking for your tracking number. Our order confirmation email will come from flexpvc.com. UPS tracking info will say "UPS Ship Notification" or in some old systems, "Quantum View" in the subject line. If your package is sent via postal, your email notification will say "PVC Distributors has sent you a package" in the subject line. If you use an online email address please be sure it's one you check frequently.
Lastly please read our Privacy Statement if you are worried about giving out your email address. We do not share your info with anyone, we don't spam people, and we won't put your address on any newsletter or mailing list or use it in any other way than to contact you about your order. That is an unconditional guarantee! We will never abuse your trust in us by revealing your info to anyone.
