4" PVC 5 way (aka side outlet cross). Top port is FPT (female pipe thread), the other 4 are standard slip socket. This is a 2 piece constructed fitting. Good for construction projects, not good for plumbing projects. Not a flow through fitting, not an NSF fitting.
