We calculate our shipping via the following method: All orders start at a base shipping, boxing and packaging charge of about $7. Then the shipping charges (based on the weight of the order) are added in. You will see the total in the shopping cart check out page.
For most orders, this method works very well. However, if your order has to go by truck*, then the shipping charges in the cart may seem exaggerated. In these cases we'll get a custom quote from the trucking company and adjust your charges. We ship from 14 different warehouses but not all warehouses stock all items. The very reason we ship from so many different warehouses is specifically so we can keep our shipping prices low. However, if you see a charge that just seems wrong, please make a note of it in the "Special Notes" section of the order form and we'll review the shipping charges manually and adjust as needed. Rest assured we are very reasonable on our shipping charges.
* A notice about truck shipping: All flexible pvc pipe 2.5" or larger in diameter has to be shipped by truck. (The roll is just too big for UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.) Also, if you order about 13 boxes or more of fittings, it's sometimes cheaper to ship by truck instead of common carrier. Shipping by truck to a residence adds approximately $60 to the cost of truck shipping, which usually starts out at about $100 and goes up from there. Also, 100' rolls of 2" Flexpvc are now classified as Oversize3 by UPS. This means they will charge a $45 handling fee, so it's better to order 2 50' rolls of 2" instead of 100' rolls. If you need several hundred feet of 2" it's best to go by truck to save money. Also if you are ordering large rolls of pipe or very large quantities of fittings, you will save money by shipping to a commercial business address. In which case we ask that you add that address to your credit card company's profile for your card so that the address verification will confirm that address as a valid address for your card.
Can I ship to an alternative shipping addresses?
We will always try to accomodate the needs of our customers, and to that end we will ship to alternate shipping addresses. However, we ask that our customers try to accomodate our need for order integrity. If you are repeat customer, you can ignore this paragraph. These conditions only apply to new customers. To avoid delays in shipping, we ask that our new customers confirm that they are the valid card holder via one of the following methods. Fax: Fax us a copy of the back of your credit card along with the alternate address along with a note stating it's okay to ship to the alternate address with your signature. Your signature must match the one showing in the back of the credit card. We do not need to see the card number so you can block that part out, but we do need to see your signature along with the CVV number on the back of the card. (It's usually in the signature box.) The best thing to do is make a photo copy of the back of the card, obscure the card number with a marker, and then write in the blank space the alternate address, sign it, and fax to 775 751 0749. Email Method #1: You can also scan it or take a digital picture of it and email to us. You will get an email confirmation when you place your order, just reply to it and attach the document as described for the faxing method. Email method #2: If you have online banking, you can log into your account and see your charges. You can email us the merchant name and transaction number exactly as it's shown on your billing statement. So if you can accomodate us, we can accomodate you. :-) Please note: If you are a new customer and request to have your order shipped to an address that is not verified by the bank and you refuse to verify via one of the methods we describe above, we may cancel your order and issue a refund LESS 6% to cover bank fees and internal processing costs.

How long will it to take to get my order?
- If you are ordering flexible pvc pipe by the roll, 4-7 days is normal for ground shipping.
- If you are ordering pvc fittings by the box, 4-6 days is normal for ground shipping.
- If you are ordering individual fittings or flexible pvc pipe by the foot, 5-7 days is normal for ground shipping.
- If your order is for 4' or 8' sections of flexible pvc pipe, 4 days (west coast) to 7 days (east coast) is normal for ground shipping.
- If your order is a combination of the above, then expect 5-7 days.

If there is any severe weather anywhere in the country it can delay shipping. While the severe weather may not be in your location, it could be at the location of the warehouse shipping your order. So be patient if there is any severe weather anywhere. If you are in a rush for certain items, but not in a rush for other items, it's best to put in two orders. Small things can usually be shipped quickly for a reasonable amount, whereas large boxes of fittings or rolls of pipe can easily top $60 or more for rush delivery, so consider your options carefully.
Call you ship on my UPS account?
Generally no, unless you are a repeat customer who orders from us at least once a month. For those people/companies we will use your UPS account if you so choose. For all others, we can only ship on our account.
Call you ship on my Fedex account?
No, sorry we do not have a regular Fedex pickup nor account.
Call you ship on Postal?
Sometimes yes. If the order is small and will go First Class or Piority Mail we sometimes ship via postal. But we do not refund any shipping charges if they are less than what the shopping cart shows because shipping by postal has it's own set of difficulties we have to deal with, and our shipping charge also includes packaging cost as well.
Will Call Option for flex pvc pipe:
Flex PVC can be picked up via will call only if you are buying full roll quantities. Orders for "buy the foot" or 4' or 8' sections cannot be picked up on will call. All orders must be paid in full in advance by placing your order online before you go pick up your order. (Just put "will call" in the "special notes" section of the check out page and we'll refund the shipping charges for those items picked up by you.) You will be required to show picture ID that matches the name on the order to pick up your order. Will call warehouses for rolls of flexible pvc pipe are in Torrance - California, Houston - Texas, Chicago - Illinois, and Trenton - New Jersey. (Note: If your order is a mixture of flex and fittings, you won't be able to will call both because there is no overlap of warehouses.)
Will Call Option for pvc fittings:
Fittings can only be picked up via will call if you are buying in exact box quantities and not all warehouses accept will call for fittings. If your order is a mixture of box quantities and open box quantities, you would only be able to will call pickup the box quantity parts and the rest will have to be shipped. There is a min. of $250 order for will call for boxes of PVC Fittings. Please email for more information. All orders must be paid in full in advance by placing your order online before you go pick up your pvc fittings. (Just put "will call" in the "special notes" section of the check out page and we'll refund the shipping charges for those items picked up by you.) You will be required to show picture ID that matches the name on the order to pick up your order. That's it! Most orders arrive in 3-7 days from order date (See above, weekends and holidays excluded.) If you have not received your order within 7 business days, nor received an email or phone call from us explaining why, then something has gone wrong and you need to contact us asap via phone or email. Also your order may come in several different boxes from several different warehouses, this is normal.
