Ground Shipping

By adding the "hurry up service for ground shipping item" to your cart you are agreeing to the $10 hurry up fee. Subject to stock on hand. If we do not have enough in stock to ship the same day, we'll email you the details for your instructions. This service does not apply to large orders that have to be shipped by truck freight. This service might also increase your ground charges if you are on the east coast due to the time differences and/or stock availability. If your order can be shipped from an east cost warehouse that's what we will do, but if all the east coast warehouses have already had their pickup, or are out of stock of a particular item or do not stock some of your items, then we may have to ship from a west coast warehouse, thus maybe incurring an slightly higher shipping charge. Please do not select this service if you do not agree to these conditions.

Air Shipping

If you select Next Day, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, but the shipment does not arrive in time, we will refund the difference in cost between the service you selected and what you actually got, not a full refund of the shipping charges. For instance if we charge you $100 for Next Day Am service but you do not get your package untill 2 days later, we will refund the difference between Next Day Shipping and what 2nd Day shipping would have cost.

All shipping is subject to conditions out of our control. Bad weather, infrastructure failures, terrorism, acts of God or any other event which is out of control of UPS and/or FlexPVC.com nullify any shipping guarantees.
