Shipping Information:

All orders default to ground shipping. Usually this means UPS Ground. For small orders, we'll usually send them postal. All ground orders are scheduled to ship from one of our warehouses within 24-48 hours of your order placement. Only All Red, Blue and 3 Day Select orders are guaranteed to ship the same day as you place your order, although we'll try to get all orders shipped as soon as possible. (Read below for cutoff times.) There is a "hurry up service" for ground shipments. This "hurry up service" means we'll ship your ground order within 24 hours of when the order was placed as long as the order comes in by 1:00 PST and we have the items in stock. The charge for this service is $10. If you want the "hurry up service" you must add it to your cart from the shipping options page. Note: Hurry up service only decreases the time it takes to process and prepare your order for pickup. It does not change the ground shipping time. All Red, Blue and 3 Day Select orders automatically have this hurry up service included in the price. Ground orders only get this service if you agree to the $10 extra charge and specifically request it. Below is additional information for special shipping circumstances. Next Day Shipping, AM or PM

Shipping Next Day PM is usually about 6 times more expensive than what is shown in the cart and Next Day AM is typically 8 times more. The cutoff time is for Next Day shipping is 1:00PM PST. If the order comes in after that, it'll ship the following business day. If you add Next Day Air Shipping to your cart, we will manually calculate the shipping charge based on your address and add it to your order. If you would like to know what the extra charge is before we charge your card, please make a note of it in the special notes box as well. Weekends and holidays are excluded from shipping time estimates. We can only ship Next Day Red Label to verified shipping addresses, unless you are a returning customer or fill out and return our credit card authorization form. Thank you!

2nd Day UPS Blue Label

Blue Label shipping cost is about 2-4 times what the shopping cart shows for ground shipping. The cutoff time for Blue Label, 2nd day shipping is 1:00PM PST . If the order comes in after that, it'll ship the following business day. UPS Blue Label, aka 2nd day, shipping charges will be added to your order and shown on the paper receipt you get with your package. If you would like to know what the extra charge is before we charge your card, please make a note of it in the special notes box as well. Weekends and holidays are excluded from shipping time estimates. We can only ship 2nd Day Blue Label to verified shipping addresses, unless you are a returning customer or fill out and return our credit card authorization form. Thank you.

Alaska, Hawaiian and Puerto Rican Customers

The shopping cart will not show the correct shipping for you. Most small orders for fittings going to HI or PR are and additional $2-$4 US depending on the weight. Rolls of pipe cost more. Large orders cost more. For small orders we will just charge your card and additional $2-$4US for shipping. If you have a lower limit or special instructions, please put a note in the special notes box on the checkout page. Thank you.

Canadian & International Customers

Most small orders for fittings going to Canada will ship for the amount shown in the shopping cart via First Class Mail. If your order is too large for First Class Mail, we'll send it Priority Mail (faster, but more expensive) or UPS Ground (slower, but less expensive). The cost for this is about $20-$40US depending on the weight for your order. (Does not include customs fees if applicable.) Rolls of pipe cost more. Large orders cost more. Small orders we will just charge your card if it stays under $40US for shipping. Orders for fittings going to Europe and/or Asian countries cost $45-$65/box on average. (Orders for pipe may cost more.) If you have a lower limit or special instructions, please put a note in the special notes box on the checkout page. Thank you.
