How to order by phone or fax.

Some people just want to hear a human voice or don't trust the internet. We can certainly understand that. However, we are an Internet company and we built our business around online order processing. So phone and/or fax orders have to be done a certain way:

Please create your order via the shopping cart. At checkout, you can enter the following for the credit card number: 4111111111111111. (That's a "4" followed by 15 "1"s.) Then for the expiration date, select any date in the future. For the security code number, again select any 3 digit number. Please complete the order process until you get to the "thank you for your order" page. Now check your email. You should get an email confirming your order. If you don't, check your spam filters. Now you can call the toll free number above to give us your credit card info, or fax your credit card number to: 520 888 3100. Include your order number (that you got in the confirmation email), your name, address and phone number. If you are faxing your information, please be sure we can read the credit card number, expiration date and the CVW/AVS (3 or 4 digit security code) on the back (or front for Amex) of the card. If we have any questions or problems, we'll give you a call, email, or fax back.

How to order by check or money order.

Some people don't use credit cards or prefer to pay by check or money order. For those people we have the following option available.

Please create your order via the shopping cart. At checkout, you can enter the following for the credit card number: 4111111111111111. (That's a "4" followed by 15 "1"s.) Then for the expiration date, select any date in the future. For the security code number, again select any 3 or 4 digit number. Please complete the order process untill you get to the "thank you for your order" page. Your card will not be charged at this time, but the cart will take your order. Check your email. You will get an email confirming your order. If you don't, check your spam filters. Please print this order out and mail along with your check or money order to: PVC Distributors LLC, 1525 w. williams Ave. STE C #101, Fallon, NV 89406. Of course orders paid sent in by mail will take quite abit longer to process, so please only use this option if you have plenty of time.
