How to order by phone or fax. (Please follow instructions below)

Some people just want to hear a human voice or don't trust the internet. We can certainly understand that. However, we are an Internet company and we built our business around online order processing. So phone and/or fax orders have to be done a certain way:

Please create your order via the shopping cart. On the checkout page there are two options to pay. On the left is "Credit Card Via Secure Online Cart" and on the right is "Check, Money Order, or will call with credit card number." Select the one on the right "Check, Money Order, or will call with credit card number" and then in the notes/comments box put "I will call with card number" or something similiar. Then complete the order process until you get to the "thank you for your order" page. It should give you an order number. Now you can call the toll free number above to give us your credit card info, or fax your credit card number to: 775 751 0749. Include your order number, your name, address and phone number. If you are faxing your information, please be sure we can read the credit card number & expiration date.

Also check your email. You should get an email confirming your order. If you don't, check your spam filters. If you still don't find the email confirmation, go back to our website and view your cart. If there are items still in your cart, that means you didn't complete the check out process. Please try again and go till you get to the final "submit order for processing' button.

How to order by check or money order.

Some people don't use credit cards or prefer to pay by check or money order. For those people we have the following option available.

Please create your order via the shopping cart. On the checkout page there is the option to pay by check/money order or credit card. Select "check/money order" and complete the order process untill you get to the "thank you for your order" page. Check your email. You will get an email confirming your order. If you don't, check your spam filters. Please print this order out and mail along with your check or money order to: PVC Distributors LLC, 1970 N Leslie St, #632, Pahrump, NV 89060. Of course orders paid sent in by mail will take quite abit longer to process, so please only use this option if you have plenty of time.
