Bellsouth may be blocking our emails, auto deleting them, or putting them into a spam folder. We have also had customers complain they have not received the tracking information from UPS or USPS. Since those come from different mail servers their ours, it seems the problem is on Bellsouth's end. You may not receive your order confirmations or any emails from us. Several people have emailed with questions, only for our replies to be bounced back to us. We have attempted to contact Bellsouth.net, but they block our emails asking for help. We have tried to call them but the number they list says "due to technical difficulties we are unable to transfer your call." We have contacted our hosting company and they have their emails blocked by Bellsouth as well. We have tried to find an alternative method of communicating withBellsouth, but so far we've had no success. You can still place your orders via the website, but you will not receive your confirmations or any communications from us until Bellsouth removes the block. You could also use an alternative address such as yahoo.com, hotmail.com, etc. so you get your confirmations. Sorry, we tried, but this is out of our hands. It might be a good idea for their customers to start complaining to them, because they don't seem to want to hear from anyone else.
